Futurestep Repositions for Growth in a Changing Marketplace
In early 2008, Futurestep, a recruiting solutions company with more than 700 employees and offices in 17 countries, contracted with Signal to help reposition the company for growth in the emerging global market for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). Facing increasing competition globally, Futurestep engaged Signal to create a new branding and marketing communications strategy, Web site, and collateral suite, along with print and electronic editorial publications for internal and external audiences.
In crafting the new strategy, the Signal team extensively researched the changing dynamics of the global employment marketplace, led a two-day strategy session with the Futurestep management team, and conducted win-loss interviews with decision makers at key accounts. Signal implemented a staged rollout for the program, which began in the U.S. in April 2008, followed by the European and Asia Pacific regions in late October 2008. The new campaign positions Futurestep as a provider of Strategic Talent Acquisition, helping HR executives find the talent to drive their CEO’s strategies from paper to performance.
